FAQ - Is it more important to PRACTICE or PLAY?
Dr. Bob Rotella says golf is not a game of perfect. If practicing golf is the test of your physical ability, then palying the game determines the quality of that preparation and examines your mental toughness and ability to replicate skills under pressure.
You don't learn how to play golf on the course--you learn at the practice facilities and then you put to work on the course the fundamentals you have developed and move them into a more challenging arena.
